There are nearly 14,000 new single-family rental homes under construction, making Arizona second only to Texas in this trend. These new rental homes are a good option, especially since developments will likely fix any issues that arise. Living in a great community with good neighbors can be a rewarding lifestyle, and I can see the allure of Build-to-Rent communities.

With Arizona at the forefront of this trend, many are finding that renting new, well-equipped homes can offer a fulfilling and practical alternative to traditional homeownership.
