Once my client is onboard and has engaged a QI, the fun part begins – 3rd Here is where I, your agent, really get involved because now we must identify potential replacement properties. This is where my expertise as a real estate agent truly shines. I use my market knowledge and network to scout out suitable properties that align with my client’s investment criteria.
