Scottsdale barely made the list of 500 coming in at

• Median Price: $1,056,166
• Average Days on Market: 245
• Inventory: 400

The top of the list had cities in California, New York, and Florida – not a surprise.  The top city ATHERTON CA has a median home price of $10,564,038. That’s the highest price sale we have ever seen in Paradise Valley or Scottsdale
