As our hot Phoenix weather continues to heat up this is about the time the luxury home market cools down for a little. Today the news has informed us of an excessive heat warning. On most given months our market will average out to 120-140 homes sales above a million but July only saw 96. The reason for this is the start of the school year, family vacation time, and snowbirds out of town or heading out of town.
