Rare 6 acre (5.98) estate view lot in prime location of Cameldale () sells for $7.5 Million.  Fallowed by $4,000,000 Trophy Masterpiece, Highest Home Standing on Mummy Mountain in La Place Du Sommet. And rounding the third most expensive home sale in DESERT MOUNTAIN at $3,300,000.

The question I would like to know is was this lot purchased to build the owners dream home or owner will build a dream home for sale in the future?  This could be the next magnificent estate asking $40,000,000 + in a few years from now or one only heard of through private groups and friends.

January 2015 recorded 71 homes sales above 1,000,000.  A great start to the year and to think that our true luxury home market season typically begins mid-January.
