Another amazing month for luxury home sales in the Phoenix metro market. Topping the list is the $8.25 million dollar sold price tag in Silverleaf, followed by a Paradise Valley estate sale at $7.7 million, and rounding out with a Central Phoenix (Biltmore area) 1935 home sold for just over $3 Million – 79 total sales with a 1 Million price tag+

The luxury home market has taken a huge jump from a year ago, today sales above $2 Million are the norm – when at one point the norm was $1.5 Million. There does not seem to be any slowdown in the future and we could end up seeing a few more record breaking sales before the year ends. Its good to be in the Luxury Home Market!
