      I agree with you about “Ultimately, FSBO sellers don’t “save” the commission rate. Rather, they try to earn the commission by way of doing the agent’s occupation”. Every deal and every property is different from one another. Some are easy and all you have to do is stick a for sale sign, others can take a year or two to get sold, and some never sell.
