Since we missed our monthly Top Home Sales last month (January 2013) we have included both months on this blog.  Once again we started out strong there have been some expensive homes sold since January.  The prices range from a 14K sq.ft home at the base of Arcadia (Camelback Mtn) sold for 7.7M, A Paradise…


Since we missed our monthly Top Home Sales last month (January 2013) we have included both months on this blog.  Once again we started out strong there have been some expensive homes sold since January.  The prices range from a 14K sq.ft home at the base of Arcadia (Camelback Mtn) sold for 7.7M, A Paradise Valley Mansion featured in the Wall Street Journal sold for 5.2M, a 12K sq. ft Mansion at the Top of Desert Mountain sold for 6.6M, and Jason Kidd Sells His Lavish Pad for 5M.  I guess we can say larger is better (that’s in Homes I say).  Enjoy!
